RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customers have up to 14 days from the date received to request a refund.
Send email requesting return to customerservice@untamedkidsapparel.com.
Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only for the original cost of the item.
To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team with their order number and reason for the return.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
All swimsuits are FINAL SALE.
Exchanges will be sent after original item is returned.
If an item is damaged, customer must reach out within 3 days of delivery.
